Group exhibition, SomeCities: Somestories at the Old Print Works, Birmingham, UK, March 2015.
Boxer: Bella
Location: Leamington Spa
Over a series of two months, I photographed Bella, an amateur boxer training for a fight. I used a Nikon camera and printed on fiber paper. I was interested in the capturing the attention and focus that Bella had when she was training. Hard work, dedication and sweat. I was also exploring female identity and representation.

Cannon Hill Art School Summer Exhibition: MAC, Birmingham UK; Jul-Sep 2016.
This was a pop-up art school who that was to give the opportunity to artist who had not studied at a traditional art school. The MAC teamed up with Birmingham artist Trevor Pitt and Pop up Chancellor Peter Jenkinson OBE. Who put together an amazing group of Birmingham Artist/teacher's for an art summer school.
My work (photo by Ian Jones) was a set of 20 small black and white photographs, placed in ornate small gold frames. The photographs were taken of a community art project in County Armagh, Ireland, a magnifying glass was placed on each side of the first and last frame. The idea was to engage the public into looking closer to the images, working out the narrative of the images in front of them.
